1.	Requesting goods indicates you are offering to purchase a product(s), which we will accept to sell to you subject to the terms and conditions detailed. All requested remain at all times to be subject to availability and confirmation of the order by eyeSpa Limited. eyeSpa Limited at all times reserves the right to refuse any purchase request without giving reason.
2.	eyeSpa Limited endeavours to despatch all orders within 4 working days. However, eyeSpa Limited cannot accept any responsibility for delay or loss in delivery as a result of postal delays or force majeure.
3.	eyeSpa Limited accepts no responsibility for any additional consequential loss over and above the original value of the goods purchased.
4.	Gift Vouchers may be used in full or part payment against any Spa Venue featured on the eyeSpa.co.uk website at the time of booking.
5.	Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of the information on our website relating to the purchase of goods, eyeSpa Limited reserves the right to cancel without liability, any information if it is identified as a mistake of fact.
6.	Gift Vouchers have 12 month validity from date of purchase and will not be extended. Gift Vouchers are non transferable and no cash refunds will be made for non-use.
7.	Bookings must be made in advance and early booking is recommended as some date restrictions may apply and at all times bookings are subject to availability.
8.	Guests are required to send in advance the voucher to be used as payment to confirm the booking and it is recommended you use a postal service which guarantees delivery.
9.	All vouchers remain the property of eyeSpa Limited until full payment has been received and cleared.
10.	Once a booking has been made at eyeSpa Limited, further terms and conditions pertaining to your visit apply, or in the event of cancellation of your visit. Details are available on request and apply to the Spa Venue where the booking has been made
11.	Under the United Kingdom’s Distant Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations must be received in writing quoting your order reference within 7 days. Once cancelled, goods must be returned in their original condition with their original packaging and with proof of purchase documentation enclosed. All goods remain your responsibility until received by eyeSpa Limited. For your own protection, we recommend you return goods using a delivery service that insures you for their full value.
